For round-trip bookings, round-trip discounts are available for Alphard SRC and Hiace Grand Cabin for 110,000 yen (55,000 yen one-way) and Alphard Executive Lounge for 120,000 yen (60,000 yen one-way).
What is the best car model for 3 adults + 3 large suitcases?: Alphard SRC is recommended.
If you have more people or more luggage, we recommend reserving a Hiace for a more comfortable ride.
Please tell me how to reserve a private hire car.: Reservations can be made from our homepage.

What vehicles are available?: We offer three types: Toyota Alphard SRC, Alphard Executive Lounge, and Hiace Grand Cabin.
Is it possible to cancel or change?: Of course it is possible. Please feel free to contact us if there are any changes.
In addition, in the case of cancellation, a cancellation fee will be charged from 7 days before the boarding date.

Is there a minimum rental time or distance?: Private rentals are available from 3 hours. There is no set distance.
Is airport transfer possible?: We offer transportation plans to and from various locations at New Chitose Airport. We also operate meters in the neighborhood.
Is it possible to prepare a child seat?: We have child seats available according to age.
If your child is under 6 years old, please make sure to use a child seat. (There is a usage fee of 1,100 yen per device.)

・Child seat (approximately 16 months and up, height 76 cm to 105 cm)
・Junior seat (approximate height 100cm to 140cm)
Is it wheelchair accessible?: We apologize, but we do not have welfare vehicles available, so you cannot board the train in a wheelchair.
What payment methods are available?: Payment can be made by cash, credit card, various electronic money, or Rakuten Taxi Ticket.
What language support does the driver have?: We currently have drivers who can speak English, French, and Arabic.
If you would like a driver who can speak multiple languages, please contact us in advance as the number of people is limited.
Is it possible to take a break or stop by on the way?: Breaks and stops at the supermarket are available for an additional 5,000 yen for 30 minutes.
Please tell me about the available hours for chartered taxis.: Each device can be used for up to 14 hours.
The hours are 6:00-22:00, but please contact us regarding late-night and early-morning hours.
