KS Limousine pricing is calculated based on the duration of use and the travel distance for your transfer. Our private charter plans include vehicle usage, fuel, driver arrangement fees, and consumption tax. (Toll charges and parking fees are charged separately.) We also offer fixed-rate package plans, and we will be happy to recommend the most suitable option based on your needs.

Reservations can be made up to three months in advance of your desired service date. As bookings tend to fill quickly during peak seasons and weekend evenings, we recommend reserving as early as possible. Last-minute bookings may also be available depending on vehicle availability. Please feel free to contact us via our official LINE account or by phone for availability.

Alphard SRC is recommended.
If you have more people or more luggage, we recommend reserving a Hiace for a more comfortable ride.

We offer three types: Toyota Alphard SRC, Alphard Executive Lounge, and Hiace Grand Cabin.

Private rentals are available from 3 hours. There is no set distance.

We offer transportation plans to and from various locations at New Chitose Airport. We also operate meters in the neighborhood.

We have child seats available according to age.
If your child is under 6 years old, please make sure to use a child seat. (There is a usage fee of 1,100 yen per device.)
・Baby seat (approximately up to 15 months, height 40cm to 75cm)
・Child seat (approximately 16 months and up, height 76 cm to 105 cm)
・Junior seat (approximate height 100cm to 140cm)

We apologize, but we do not have welfare vehicles available, so you cannot board the train in a wheelchair.

Yes. KS Limousine specializes in helping create memorable surprise experiences. We can assist with arrangements such as birthday cakes or flower bouquets prepared in advance, playing your preferred music onboard, and providing photo props to make your special day even more memorable. Please let us know your ideas during the pre-booking consultation, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Absolutely. We provide airport transfer services as well as executive transportation for business meetings and important clients. For airport pickups, our driver can adjust to your flight arrival schedule. With a private and comfortable onboard environment, you can hold discussions, prepare for meetings, or simply relax during your journey.

Payment can be made by cash, credit card, various electronic money, or Rakuten Taxi Ticket.

Our fleet includes the Alphard Executive Lounge (up to 6 passengers), Alphard SRC (up to 6 passengers), and HiAce Grand Cabin (up to 9 passengers). Each vehicle offers a spacious and comfortable interior, making them ideal for family outings, group transportation, and special occasions. Your safety is our top priority. All vehicles undergo regular maintenance, and all services are operated by professionally trained drivers with a strong focus on safe driving practices. Our vehicles are also equipped with GPS tracking, allowing our operations team to monitor locations at all times. We select the most appropriate route based on traffic and weather conditions to ensure a safe and comfortable journey.

We currently have drivers who can speak English, French, and Arabic.
If you would like a driver who can speak multiple languages, please contact us in advance as the number of people is limited.

Breaks and stops at the supermarket are available for an additional 5,000 yen for 30 minutes.

Each device can be used for up to 14 hours.
The hours are 6:00-22:00, but please contact us regarding late-night and early-morning hours.
