How to make a private car reservation

Please confirm the following before making a reservation
The dates you plan to travel and the number of people in your party. The maximum number of passengers varies depending on the type of car used.
If flying out through New Chitose Airport, please confirm your flight time and keep in mind the following buffer times for arrival.- For domestic flights
- Please plan to arrive at the airport at least 60 minutes prior to departure.
- For international flights
- Please plan to arrive at the airport at least 120 minutes prior to departure.

Steps to make a reservation
Please select a vehicle according the number of passengers and the amount of luggage you will be carrying.
Go to the reservation page for your desired vehicle type and fill in your travel dates, time, other necessary information, and complete the reservation form.
Payment must be made by credit card.*Please contact us by calling our office for reservations on the day before or day of your desired travel time.

*Web reservations are generally accepted up to 2 days in advance. -
Reservation confirmation
Upon receiving confirmation of payment, our customer service representatives will send you an e-mail to confirm your reservation and provide instructions for how to pick up your car.
If you need to make a change to the pick-up and drop-off schedule after your reservation has been made, please contact us by using the inquiry form or calling our office.
